TERMS & CONDITIONS: Your purchase or use of products and services ("Programs") offered by Allied Pharmacy Technician Training Program, and use of www.alliedrxtraining.com (the "Site") are subject to these terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully and contact us if you have any questions.

 

Registration: By submission, clicking  "Submit" of your registration form online you agree to make full payment for Programs in the amount(s) listed on your electronic confirmation of registration, the  Confirmation email you will receive or as communicated by 1-866-348-6920 representatives during registration. Registration fees are non-refundable. Standard shipping and handling charges will be applied for print books associated with your program, if any, unless you enroll within seven days of your intended Program start date.You agree to complete payment  prior to commencing the Program, or if you select to pay in installments under our payment plan program for programs that are eligible for installment billing, prior to that Program's expiration.

By enrolling in classes at Allied Pharmacy Technician Training Program, a student makes a financial commitment to pay the tuition and fee charges associated with that enrollment. The enrollment action constitutes a financial obligation between the student and Allied Pharmacy Technician Training Program and all proceeds of this agreement will be used for educational purposes and constitute an educational loan pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a) (8).

The following terms and conditions are financial requirements of each student’s education related to their registration for a program. The payment of tuition and fees is the obligation of the student. By processing a course registration either via the Web or by submitting a course request card to an academic student registration area, a student acknowledges they have read and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Registration constitutes a financial agreement between you (“Student”) and Allied Pharmacy Technician Training Program (“AlliedRx”). Tuition, fees and other charges you incur, including but not limited to  bookstore charges (“Charges”), shall be added to your student account and are considered a loan for educational benefit.

  • Once you formally register for classes, you assume the responsibility for understanding AlliedRx's official policies concerning the financial policies.

  • Installment payment arrangements will be automatic with a non-refundable deferred payment fee for any Charges not paid in full within five (5) business days of the start of the term.

  • Charges may be prepaid at any time in whole or in part without premium or penalty.

  • Charges left unpaid for prior terms will result in disenrollment from your current term courses unless payment arrangements are made with Accounts Receivable prior to the disenrollment date.

  • In the event that you become delinquent in paying Charges or default in repaying Charges you will be liable for collection fees and any other costs incurred by Allied Pharmacy Technician Training Program to collect any monies due from you.

  • Students withdrawing after the stated refund dates remain liable for full tuition and fee charges. Collection costs incurred in the event of delinquency shall be at the expense of the Student.

  • AlliedRx accepts payment via student and third party sponsorship, but the responsibility for payment remains with the student. It is your responsibility to keep track of your account balance and any funding sources. If a third party (employee based tuition reimbursement sponsors do not pay within a reasonable period, the student will be required to pay the full amount due.

  • If Allied Pharmacy Technician Training Program prevails in a lawsuit to collect on this financial obligation, Student will pay  court costs, collection agency costs and attorney’s fees in an amount the court finds to be reasonable.

  • You consent to receive email notifications to your  e-mail address of the availability of an E-Bill (Electronic Billing Statement) and consent to review billing statement information on our Payment Plan Web  System.

  • It is your responsibility to check your  email daily and maintain a current postal address to ensure receipt of all  correspondence.

 

Program Fees: You agree to make full payment for Programs in the amount(s) listed in your Confirmation email you will receive or as communicated by 1-866-348-6920 representatives during registration during registration. 

 

The Installment Billing program allows you to complete payment to Allied Pharmacy Technician Training Program in weekly, bi-weekly and or monthly installments for installment billing eligible training programs only. Installments under the payment plan agreement will be charged to the same credit card provided after the first payment for the downpayment is processed.

 

Failure to complete timely payment (or credit card payments being declined) may result in the discontinuation of training services. Returned checks are subject to a $30 handling fee.

An invoice from our Accounts Receivable Office will describe a debt currently due to Allied Pharmacy Technician 
Training Program. Your failure to pay the debt within 5 days of your presumed receipt of the initial invoice will result in an additional assessment of interest or late fees, which ever is greater. Receipt of your invoice is presumed to be five days after the mailing of the initial invoice.

Interest will be assessed from the date of your presumed receipt of the initial invoice, at the corporate underpayment rate set by the commissioner of taxation and finance minus 4 percent. Interest will be compounded daily on the principal balance which is set forth in your bill.

To avoid the assessment of interest or additional late payment charges, you should pay the amount requested in full within the 5 day period. In addition, should you fail to pay this debt in full within 10 days of your presumed receipt of the initial invoice, a collection fee of up to 22 percent of the amount due, including interest, may be added to the amount which you owe.

 

Program Cancellations: Refunds are not available once you have submitted a completed registration form and have established a payment plan contract. Tuition (Course Cost) Payments that are paid in full are subject to be refunded back to you less a cancellation fee off total cost if you submit a refund application form to us in writting within 15 days prior to the begining of an on campus class.  Refunds for online programs are non-refundable once you have logged into the course. Refunds will be issued to you within 45 days of receipt of a completed and executed refund application form. If your tuition was paid by a third party any refund due will be paid to that third party. In no event may a refund exceed the amount that Allied Pharmacy Technician Training Program received.

 

Class Schedule and Location Changes: Class schedules and locations are subject to change and/or cancellation.Allied Pharmacy Technician Training Program will notify you of any changes or cancellations. If an alternative class start date or location does not meet your needs, Allied Pharmacy Technician Training program  will provide you with a non refundable credit  that can be applied to a future class start date that meets your training needs.

 

Copyright and Non-Duplication: Content is protected by copyright law. Without Allied Pharmacy Technician Training Program, authorization, students are strictly prohibited from downloading, recording, duplicating or reproducing any Content in any manner or medium under any circumstances. If a student is found to be in violation, the student will be subject to disciplinary and legal action, including but not limited to any or all of the following:

  • Immediate removal from the facility and termination of enrollment in the Program;

  • Forfeiture of tuition paid and any refund due for any unused portion of the Program;

  • Excluded from enrolling in any future Allied Pharmacy Technician Training Programs; and

  • Possibility of civil penalties. Willful Infringement of copyrighted works may result in federal imprisonment of up to five years and $250,000 in fines

 

Student Code of Conduct: As part of Allied Pharmacy Technician Training Program commitment to our student's success, we seek to provide an optimal learning environment and expect students to conduct themselves in a manner that is considerate of those around them. Those failing to meet student conduct standards may be subject to disciplinary actions, including but not limited to termination without refund. Inappropriate classroom conduct includes but is not limited to: (1) disruptions to the learning environment (i.e. use of profanity, harassment, etc.); (2) deliberate destruction, misuse, or theft of Allied Pharmacy Technician Training Program property or the property of fellow classmates; (3) violence or threats of violence toward persons or property of students or  staff; (4) improper use of email and Internet access; and (5) failure to comply with federal copyright and criminal laws forbidding the misappropriation, copying, or alteration of copyright-protected materials.

 

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability: ALLIED PHARMACY TECHNICIAN TRAINING PROGRAM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RELATING TO THE PROGRAMS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE SITE, THE MATERIALS, AND FACULTY.

 

Privacy Policy: This privacy policy explains how Allied Pharmacy Technician Training Program including its subsidiaries, affiliates and parent companies collects, uses, shares and protects personal information that we collect.

 

Consent and Release

  • During your Program, Allied Pharmacy Technician Training Program may contact you for feedback related to your Program, you may be photographed or your class recorded (collectively referred to as "Student Experience Materials"). You agree that Allied Pharmacy Technician Training Program may use the Student Experience Materials for internal purposes.

 

  • Programs or other activities may occur in other organizations, schools and other facilities not controlled by Allied Pharmacy Technician Training Program ("Third Party Facilities"). You waive any claim against Allied Pharmacy Technician Training Program arising from your  use of Third Party Facilities, including claims related to the safety and security of third party facilities.

 

Miscellaneous


This Agreement supersedes all prior oral or written agreements, if any, between the parties and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. The agreement cannot be changed or modified orally. Allied Pharmacy Technician Training program reserves the right to modify and update terms and conditions at any given time. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be construed by limiting it to make it enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
